Property Rental Pricing & Information

The 1903 Carriage House

  

The newly renovated Carriage House accommodates up to 72 guests for a sit-down dinner or 100 guests for a standing/cocktail reception. Tables and chairs included, based on current availability. An Oatlands point-of-contact and site attendant will be available for the duration of the event. Our team is happy to coordinate the arrival of vendors. 


The Carriage House Stable Room is perfect for intimate gatherings, dinner parties, anniversary celebrations, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, and so much more! This space offers a rustic elegance that is ideal for any event. 

Rent the entire first floor of the Carriage House for access to the Stable Room, Tack Room Bar, Lounge, and Central Hall. 


 

The Front Lawn of the Historic Mansion

  

If you seek an event to impress, search no further than a front lawn rental at Oatlands! Situated on an elevation, the tent sits before the 1804 Greek Revival Mansion, and beside the 4.5-acre formal terraced gardens. The view south carries your guests over fields toward distant mountains.

Front lawn events require the rental of a tent from Capital Party Rentals. Each tent package estimate includes a substantial discount from Capital Party Rentals for Oatlands Clients. Tent packages consist of:

  • Tent based on the size of your event
  • Dance floor
  • Wrought iron chandeliers
  • Catering tent
  • Marquee tent that connects to the catering tent
  • Basic packages may be customized at an additional cost to the renter

For guests over 180, you would be required to rent a mobile restroom facility in order to supplement the existing restrooms. 

 


 

The Inn at Oatlands Hamlet

This hidden gem has several beautiful outdoor spaces to hold events as well as a lovely sunroom, sitting room and a full modern kitchen. The Inn at Oatlands Hamlet is the perfect space for an intimate dinner party, cocktail party, baby shower, or bridal shower. The Inn accommodates up to 25 people for an indoor event. Tables and chairs included, based on current availability.

  • Ideal for small to mid-size outdoor receptions or company picnics
  • Tables and chairs included, based on current availability
  • For smaller events, access to Carriage House is granted; large events must rent facilities
