NOTE: Equipment and tenting are required for your reception and are not included in the rental fee.

A $1,000.00 surcharge is added to events with more than 200 guests.

*80% of the property rental fees may be considered as a tax-deductible contribution.
A donor contribution acknowledgement letter will be provided for your tax records.

Carriage House Wedding Rentals

From mid-November through December, holiday weddings in the Mansion may be considered for a maximum of 40 guests.

You are welcome to visit the property any time during our normal hours: April through December, 10am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday; and 1pm to 5pm on Sunday. Please pick up a complimentary pass to the grounds at the Carriage House Gift Shop. (When the property is closed for visitation—January-March, you need to schedule an appointment.)
